We Handle The Rest

Your camera or lens will be sent to the technician who will access the damage/problem and inform us of the quote for the repair. We will call you to let you know the cost of the repair. Should you wish to proceed. The £15 paid will be deducted from your final bill. If you choose not to proceed the camera will be returned back to us ready for collection.

No matter what the fault is (providing you haven’t dropped it in the sea), we can provide you a quote for the repair for only £15. Bring your camera to us and we will have it repaired and returned ready for collection. Finally, this is deducted from the final bill should you wish to proceed with the repair.

Should I Repair?

In most cases, it can be worth repairing your digital camera or lens rather than buying a new one. If you are unsure what to do – it’s best not to throw it away. Instead, why not get an estimate? This way you have options and have nothing to lose.

How Long Will The Repair Take?

Repairs typically can take up to 3 weeks. However, this is dependent on what the repair is and whether parts are needed. We only use trusted and experienced experts who are authorised by the camera manufacturers. There is a 1-year guarantee on the repair or parts.
