Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We always aim to deliver the item to you within 5 days. Usually our customer receive the item on next day delivery.

How do I create an account?

To create an account click My Account at the top of the screen next to the search bar. You will be asked to add an email address and password.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your address on the My Account page. Click the addresses tab and click edit under Billing Address

How do I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in the My Account section of the website. Otherwise you can contact us via Email, Messenger or phone and we will be able to update you there.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
Should you choose you can keep a card on file via your account. This is encrypted and secured and cannot be viewed by us.
Do you charge sales tax?

All items sold by Campkins has VAT included into the price. We do not charge any extra taxes on sale.

Do you ship to my country?
We shipped to any country but there is a charge. UK delivery is free.
Will my items come in one package?

We try to send or orders under one package unless you request to receive an item first.

What is your returns policy?

Returning and item bought online

Returning your product if it’s unwanted:

Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.

We do ask when returning to use a reputable courier with a tracking service and the item to be fully insured. Please be aware that we’ll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 14 days.

Returning your product because it has a fault:

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

Returning and item bought in-store

Returning your product if it’s unwanted:
Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or credit note.

Please be aware that we’ll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist.

Returning your product because it has a fault:
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

I received the wrong item

If you have received the incorrect item please contact us straight away.

My order arrived damaged

If you have receved your item damaged please get in contact with us straight away.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

Please contact us immediately should you believe the address is incorrect.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

You can of course change or cancel an order. Please contact us to inform us the changes you would like to make.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

You can pre-order items from our site or instore. We will contact you to let you know on the estimate delivery timescale of your order.

What are your opening times?

We are opened 7 days a week including most bank holidays. Monday to Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Sunday 11am-4pm.

Price Promise

Ask us how we can offer you more value for your money. We’re always looking for the best price, even if we’re saving a couple of pounds. That’s why we’ll make it our best interest to offer you the very best option should you find them cheaper. Our Price Match Promise

  • We only price match against websites from retailers in the UK
  • The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site
  • The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 10 days
  • We don’t price match against other trade sites
  • Unfortunately, we can’t price match if you’re using a finance plan.
  • We may not able to price match the item but there are other ways we can bring better value to your potential purchase.

Delivering/Collecting Your Order

We aim to deliver your product within 3-5 working days. Should there be any delay or an issue with stock availability we will contact you asap.

If you have specific delivery/order instruction you can write these in the order notes at checkout.

Collecting Your Order:

Sometimes you’ll want something even quicker than we can deliver. That’s why we offer you the option to order online and collect in-store. Before coming in to collect please call or email us to ensure stock is available.
