These binoculars also feature Kowa’s KR coating that helps protect the lenses from dirt and dust that may affix to the lenses during regular use. This coating allows you to easily remove the oil or fingerprints through proper lens cleaning methods.

Magnesium Alloy Body

The Kowa Genesis 8x22mm DCF XD Binoculars showcase a magnesium alloy body that is designed using innovative thixomolding technology. This makes the binoculars durable, lightweight, and reliable, so you can confidently use them even in the most extreme environments. Plus, they also feature a nitrogen-filled body that helps prevent internal fogging and makes them waterproof. However, the Kowa Genesis DCF XD is not designed for underwater use.
