Want to learn the secrets of styling and photographing food to make images that look good enough to eat?
Whether food is your business or a passion you indulge, you might want to learn to create stunning food images for social media, marketing or purely for pleasure. During this two-day, workshop with international food photographer and trainer Ilian Iliev, you will gain first-hand experience in styling and photographing food. From the subtle art of creating a compelling image of a cup of coffee, through to making more complex works of culinary art, Ilian will help you get to grips with the essential skills of food styling, photography and lighting.
Whilst Ilian himself uses Nikon and Fujifilm cameras, no prior knowledge of photography or specialist equipment is required to take part. A modern smartphone with a good camera is the bare minimum but Campkins are happy to advise on the suitability of whatever kit you have.
Ilian Iliev has over 30 years experience as a professional photographer, from covering wars for the press, through general commercial photography, to his true passion and specialism of food photography. Shooting commissions and running workshops on food styling and photography internationally, Ilian is able to offer students his extensive knowledge, skill and experience to draw upon. Let him help you create images of food that look as good as the taste.
