The Saramonic SR-SMC20 is a universal shockmount for portable recorders equipped with built-in microphones or for standalone mics. It provides effective protection against shock, vibration, and handling noise, allowing you to record with sensitive microphones when mounted on a camera or boompole for film and video applications.
The durable SR-SMC20 utilizes an integrated suspension system to isolate your mic from unwanted mechanical vibrations that can muddy your sound. Compact and lightweight (at just 2.15 oz), it is compatible with any portable audio recorder or microphone equipped with a female 1/4″-20 thread and weighing up to 1.1 lb.
The metal 1/4″-20 screw at the top features a large wheel that makes it easy to tighten and loosen, even when it’s mounted onto a camera or stand. The base features both a locking cold shoe that’s compatible with most cameras and a metal 1/4″-20 female thread for attaching to boompoles, stands, and tripods.

Returning your product if it’s unwanted:
Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
We do ask when returning use a reputable courier with a tracking service and the item to be fully insured. Please be aware that we’ll only process your refund once the item has been returned and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 14 days.
Returning your product because it has a fault:
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
