An Ultra-Wide Zoom Redefined
This lens combines a versatile ultra-wide-angle zoom range starting at 10mm (15mm equiv.) up to 18mm (27mm equiv.) with a bright F2.8 constant aperture throughout. This allows for capturing expansive scenes in low light and provides a shallow depth of field for selective focus. The optical design incorporates aspherical, FLD, and SLD glass elements to minimise aberrations and deliver edge-to-edge sharpness.
Compact, Lightweight and Portable
By designing the lens around a large front aspherical element, Sigma has created an ultra-wide zoom that is astoundingly compact and lightweight at just 260g. Close-Up Shooting
The minimum focus distance is 11.6cm at the 10mm end, giving a maximum magnification ratio of 1:4 for unique close-up shots. Fill the frame with small subjects by getting in close.
