Tell us about your equipment?
Send us an email with images of your camera or lens and best describe the condition. How used is the item? Are there any marks, or scratches? Alternatively, you can bring it to us and we can give the valuation on inspection. Any quotes made will need an inspection. If you received a quote from another retailer tell us and we will match it (pending inspection).
2
Bring the camera or lens to us
Once we’ve given you a valuation we will notify you to bring the item to us. We will inspect the item to make sure it is in working order and either give you a part exchange value or if you are not quite ready to make the purchase we can give you a store credit for you to spend at a later date.
