Summer Leys, Wildlife Trust, Hardwater Road, Northamptonshire, NN29 7TD Wellingborough
Join one of the Wildlife Photography Workshops at the Wildlife Trust’s Summer Leys on Saturday 21st May.
Hosted by Canon and Campkins Cameras, photography enthusiasts of all skill levels will have the chance to get their hands on Canon cameras and lenses within the wonderful surroundings of Summer Leys.
May presents a perfect opportunity to put a variety of Canon lenses to the test – from the telephoto RF 600mm F/4L to capture the scurrying young of breeding birds such as the Oystercatcher and Lapwing, to the RF 100mm F2.8L Macro for intricate, vivid detail of damselflies and dragonflies and much more besides.
There are two walks during the day, each lasting approximately 2 hours. Canon Ambassador, Oliver Wright, and a member of the Wildlife Trust will lead attendees on a nature walk around the site with practical hints and tips for choosing the right equipment and set up for stunning nature photography.
Canon experts will be on hand in one of the site’s hides throughout the day to showcase a selection of DSLR and Mirrorless cameras, including the renowned Canon R-System, along with a wide selection of EF, EF-M and RF lenses perfect for wildlife and nature photography. You will also be able to spend time in another hide taking your own photography with your own equipment.
